OFFLINE DONATION RESOURCES

Tell your donors: online donations allow us to maximize funding for programs, services, and research benefiting the more than 20,000 people living with MS in Illinois. If you do receive paper donations (checks, money orders, etc.), use these forms to to help you keep track of and submit them.
